Hello & thank you for visiting my website! Flow To Feast is how I bring my love for yoga and beautiful, healthy plant powered foods together. I enjoy catering retreats where people come together with a shared purpose and unite for meals. I have considered it an honor to be a part of intimate gatherings where guests can enter the kitchen where I am at work and feel at ease and at home.
Connecting with others and engaging in an activity that nourishes one’s spirit is my idea of a retreat. A retreat should be authentic to your tastes and comforts while being rejuvenating and therapeutic. Whether you would like to cook with family and friends and enjoy a meal together, or to be served a healthy seasonal meal after a vigorous hike or yoga practice, I look forward to crafting your restorative time with you. Retreats may be friends gathering together for a weekend to celebrate a bride or groom to be, or a meditation retreat, fueled by healthy meals & refreshing snacks. If you are organizing a retreat and would like to discuss a meal plan for your event, please contact me. Depending on the retreat size & schedule, I may be able to guide participants in a yoga practice. I received my 200 hour Certificate in Power Vinyasa yoga in March 2018 from FlyDog Yoga & completed Yin yoga training with Marla Cantor in May 2018. I have also completed trainings in Restorative Yoga, Trauma Informed Yoga, Yoga Assisting, Yoga Sequencing, Prenatal Yoga, and Barre. I currently teach Power Vinyasa, Vinyasa, Yin & Barre at FlyDog Yoga.
